Beautiful views of the Tasman Bay and surrounding Valleys and Mountain landscape. A quiet getaway along the Coastal Highway just 2 minutes from Motueka township. We are the gateway to Abel Tasman National Park and Kaiteriteri Beach. Fully refurbished, modern 3 bedroom apartment with large deck and spacious living and dining areas. A Very relaxing and peaceful place to spend your holidays.
Good to know
Our property includes a natural spring-fed swimming lake with a rope swing, dive pontoon and bush bath. Please note that this area is part of the hosts private grounds which we choose to share with guests its therefore not exclusive. An outdoor kitchen and bbq area by the lake is also part of the hosts private space and may be used by guests on request. Guests will also find plenty of space for bike riding, along with a treehouse with a slide and a trampoline. All outdoor play and swimming areas require adult supervision at all times. Guests have shared access to the swimming lake as well as the play area and bike jumps. Are these spaces are shared with other guests and occasionally with the hosts family and friends.
Other Details to Note
Our property includes three additional accommodation spaces:- * A One-bedroom studio located on the lower level of this house * Two standalone cottages further down the hill toward the lake Each accommodation has been thoughtfully positioned to ensure privacy and a sense of space for all guests. We are also neighbours to a working sheep farm on one side and a transfer station on the other so we get intermittent noise throughout the day. The transfer station shuts down at 4pm every day.

Neighborhood
We are neighbours with a sheep farm and the main house has 2 Bichon x small white very friendly dogs. Our property also backs onto a transfer station which has intermittent noise throughout the day from the hours of 8.30-4pm. Our property lake is a 2 minute walk away and is the most beautiful and tranquil area of our property.
